Your personal data is processed by Samdry (the “Company”) as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable regulations such as the GDPR. The Company’s current contact details are on the Contact page.
2. Data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name and country (if provided) and the content of your message. Our website has no registration, payments or accounts, so we do not collect identity, payment or card details.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your requests and questions, to handle quotations and orders, to maintain business communication and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed where necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for the Company’s legitimate interests, provided they do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for statutory retention periods. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Transfers
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It may be transferred, as far as necessary, to the infrastructure providers that host this website and its database (Google Cloud/Firebase) and to legally authorised bodies; these providers’ servers may be located abroad.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to the email address on our Contact page.
